Cornerman Workout #2
http://youtu.be/Q0OyQRTcNvw Running a successful school depends on three things; keeping your mind, body and spirit in an energized and positive state. Here is my training session from this morning. Do 45 seconds of work and take 15 seconds of rest in-between exercises. Then rest 2 minutes in-between rounds. Each round has 10 exercises and takes exactly 10 minutes to complete. You can use one round as a warmup for classes or do 2 to 3 rounds for a full conditioning class. Believe me, 2 rounds is a bear if you keep your intensity high! Bunny Hop Sprawls Spiderman push ups Lunge Touch Jumps Alternating one arm table makers Partner pull ups (or use a pull up bar) Air Jacks Alternating Arm Reach Goblet Squats Alligator Crawls Leg Raise and Crunch Make sure you set the example so you can do what you’re asking your students to do! I made a decision to be in better shape at 45 years of age than I was at 30. If you feel like that is a goal you would like to set for yourself TODAY is the best day to start!
