Getting Started With United Professionals

If you are currently a member of ASF, please go to this form.

You will need to fill out 2 forms. (Getting Started w/UP & ASF Start-up Checklist ) You can fill them out on-line and submit them or you can print them out and fax them to us.

We will process your application and if your school is accepted, contact you and begin the transfer process. Once we have received all your paperwork and 2 student contracts we will send you your start-up package. This will entitle you to immediate consultation by e-mail or telephone and full access to our consulting on our website!

Once you receive your start-up package, you will have the necessary tools to convert your students to United Professionals/ASF. We will guide and support you on the easiest and most effective method to arrange this transfer to keep your students happy while understanding the necessity for change.

UP Membership & Client Agreement

I, as the Director/Owner of the school, do hereby request client membership in United Professionals and agree to the following provisions:

1.   I understand that United Professionals outsources its' billing, collection and school management software services to ASF International of Denver, Colorado. As a new United Professionals member and client I agree to send all of my student enrollment agreements (hereinafter called "contracts") directly to ASF International.  I understand that I will be charged collection or processing fees only on the amount cellected from each contact and in accordance with the following schedule:  Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - 5.8%, Credit Card Deductions - 9.8% (including merchant discount) and Coupon Book - 9.8%.

2.   I understand that there is no restriction to the minimum I must charge my students or the length of contracts I sell, however, in the event that one of my students is late in making an installment payment, a late charge may be assessed, which when collected, does not become part of the proceeds I receive.  I understand that there is no minimum number of contracts I must send every month and there is no minimum monthly fee charged to my school.

3.   I understand that United Professionals receives a portion of the collection fees I pay, which entitles me to all the benefits thereof, at no additional charge.  These benefits may include, but not limited to my right to attend regional business seminars, business boot camps, instructor academies and the United Professionals' International Convention.  I will also get access to the Executive Training Manual as well as full consulting services.  I understand that because personal situation advice is available with my client membership, I authorize United Professionals access, by any medium, to my school's billing information.

4.   I understand and agree that information I receive from United Professionals regarding the operation of a martial arts school is privileged and I agree not to disseminate this information to non-members.

5.   I understand and agree that many of the systems, procedures, instructional material and promotional material I may benefit from as a client member of United Professionals contain copywritten material and I agree to use this material only so long as I am a client member of United Professionals.

6.   I understand that this agreement will remain in force and I agree to a 30 day written notice to cancel.

7.   I understand that once I begin sending contracts, I will receive comprehensive materials from United Professionals that will initiate the growth process for my school.
