It is important that all members of the staff are consistent with the information that is given out. It's also important that we use the correct phrases and structure our presentation to get the best results. United Professional's consulting team has spent a lot of time carefully wording contract presentation, VIP presentations, missing student calls, sales presentations and overcoming objections. Your goal is to train your staff to make OUR words, THEIR words. From there you can work on professional presentation skills.
It is much faster and easier to train your staff in proven techniques rather than having them add their own wordage or create their own procedures. This is extremely important when opening multiple locations and duplicating results.
