Experience

I was attending Automobile University this morning and I heard the speaker say something that made me involuntarily shake my head yes and say AMEN! He said "Don't follow a General who doesn't have any scars." So many times we think that we are only ones who have experienced pain or defeat. This is the farthest thing from the truth! The person or persons you want to learn from are the ones who have failed 100x more than you have but had the discipline and persistence to come out on the other side of the fire! You can't teach what you haven't experienced. It's that simple. Experience matters. -Bill Storm
