I am excited about a new project I am planning. It all starts next week.

Martial Arts School - Impossible

The Focus Group I am planning starting next week is for schools with less than100 students. It is a blue print of systems, schedules, teaching ideas, marketing, life skills, decor, pro-shop, pricing, promotions that we will work on together. My vision is schools sharpening the sword leading to a re-grand opening open house, demonstration, media coverage, promotions, and PR. It's all based on my 40 years experience in running school and coaching others.

Imagine Restaurant Impossible for Martial Arts schools. I've priced it at the cost of a single new student. So there really is no downside. I'll be the coach along with Bill Storm through each step each week.

We are looking for 30 more schools with 25 - 99 students to participate in the US. We also have room in our Australian and UK groups that will be forming soon.
